This was such a great opportunity for me to coach in a new environment. I’m truly falling in love with coaching and I’m very excited to see where these young individuals go within their athletic careers. Rock Springs may be small but they have such an incredible wrestling community.

Special shoutout to Brinley Green and Maggie Smith for allowing me to share my wrestling experience within their community and for letting me collaborate with them into making this project possible. Maggie is truly a powerhouse in growing women’s wrestling in the state of Wyoming and I’m so proud to have her as a teammate.

Thank you to all who participated. Wrestling can be scary sometimes. However, these girls showed courage by being open to feedback and pursuing new experiences. If there is ever a chance for me to go to Wyoming again, I’d take it ❤️
