This is my fourth year doing this camp with Maggie. What started as a small camp to help recruit girls for the first sanctioned season of female wrestling in Wyoming has blossomed into an annual camp that I am honored to be a part of. Every year I see new and familiar faces, which always warms my heart. This camp has taught me my love for coaching and I couldn’t be happier to share my knowledge with these young girls.

I am so thankful for Maggie, not only is she my best friend but she is such an organized leader and this camp would not be possible without her. I’m also thankful for the clinicians she has brought in these past 3 years, I have learned so much from each one of them. I am also thankful to all the girls who attended, I am so proud of each one of you and I can’t wait to see what all of you will do in your wrestling careers.

I can’t wait for next year and the years to come after. I truly hope we can continue to not only grow this camp but Women’s Wrestling in Wyoming as well! Maggie and I have a few big ideas for next year so be on the look out for what’s to come!
